Ms. Marram is president of the Barnegat Group, LLC, a business advisory firm.
From September 2000 through December 2005, Ms. Marram was managing director of North Castle Partners, LLC, a private equity firm. Ms. Marram served as President and CEO of efdex inc. from August 1999 to May 2000.
She previously served as president and CEO of Tropicana Beverage Group from September 1997 until November 1998, and had previously served as president of the Group, as well as EVP of the Seagram Company Ltd. and Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc.
Before joining Seagram in 1993, she served as president and CEO of Nabisco Biscuit Company and SVP of the Nabisco Foods Group from June 1988 until April 1993.
