Dems answer 'contract killers'

Karl Rove and the Koch brothers are "contract killers out there in super PAC land," David Axelrod, Barack Obama's political director, told reporters Monday.

Maggie Haberman of Politico writes that Axelrod used the description as he announced plans by the Obama campaign to spend $25 million this month.
